ClanOps is a Discord bot for Clash Royale clan leaders. It records your clan every day, shows who is pulling their weight in war, and flags who has gone quiet.
ClanOps only reads your clan's data. It tells you who to promote, warn or remove, and you make the change in the game.
Every question about your clan is one command.
Type a slash command in any channel where ClanOps can post. Replies are grouped by role, Leader first, so you can read them like a roster.

Know when your clan changes.
ClanOps compares your clan with its last check and posts what's different to a channel you choose: joins, leaves, promotions, demotions, changed clan settings, and a warning when several players disappear at once.
Clan-log alerts are part of Premium, which is coming soon.

When ClanOps suggests a Co-Leader, it uses the same five-part formula every time. These are the defaults, and Premium servers will be able to change them.
- Medals, 35%Medals earned over the last four wars.
- Tenure, 25%Days since ClanOps first saw the player.
- Donations, 20%Cards donated this season.
- Activity, 12%Days since the player was last seen. Fewer is better.
- Deck use, 8%Share of war decks actually played.
Each part is scored against the rest of your clan, so 100 means best in your clan, not best in the game. Players in the clan for less than 30 days aren't considered, and the top 10 are suggested for Co-Leader.
Setup is one command.
- Add ClanOps to your Discord server. Add it here.
- Run
/setupwith your clan tag, starting with#, and the channel for your clan log. The server owner runs this once. - Use any command. ClanOps starts saving your clan's history from that day.

Questions
Can ClanOps promote, demote or kick players?
No. Supercell's API is read-only, so ClanOps can see your clan but can't change it. It suggests who to promote, warn or remove, and you make the change in the game.
Can it read our clan chat?
No. Clan chat isn't available through Supercell's API, so ClanOps can't see it or moderate it.
Will it know what happened before I added it?
No. ClanOps starts recording on the day you run /setup. Supercell doesn't share join dates or past role changes, so everyone already in the clan counts as joining that day.
Who can use the commands?
The owner of your Discord server, for now. /help works for everyone. Letting Co-Leaders use commands is planned for Premium.
What does ClanOps store?
Your Discord server's ID, your clan tag and the log channel you chose, plus public clan data from Supercell: player names and tags, roles, donations, trophies, war decks and medals, and the date ClanOps first saw each player. It doesn't store Discord messages and never asks for a game login.
Can I track more than one clan?
One clan per Discord server for now. Multiple clans are planned for Premium.
Is ClanOps an official Supercell product?
No. ClanOps is an independent, fan-made tool.
